Vinakoper Description
Colour: Intensive ruby red colour with shades of fresh cherries.
Aroma: Mildly aromatic and concentrated with fresh forest fruits.
Taste: Fresh fruit with gentle tannins, wonderfully incorporated into a harmonious and full bodied extract wine speciality of Slovenian Istria.
Food and wine pairing recommendation: The Refosco wine is an excellent companion to rich meat dishes, and it goes especially well with home cured prosciutto and home cold cured meat products.
