Barone Fini Description
This medium to full-bodied white is a concentrated, seamless layered wine. It combines the fruity qualities of a white wine with the echoes of it's ancestral Pinot Noir. The opening citrus evolves into slightly spicy ripe apples and pears concluding in long tones of mountain herbs and flowers. It pairs with most dishes ranging from smoked fish to white meats to chocolate based desserts and ice creams. It is also a superb aperitif.
